- Usefulness
1.1 The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all Paprika Restro and Cafe offerings and transactions. Prices are subject to change without notice.
1.2 The consumer expressly accepts the applicability of these General Terms and Conditions by accepting an offer or placing an order.
1.3 Deviations from the provisions of these Terms and Conditions are only allowed if confirmed in writing by management.
1.4 All rights and entitlements stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions and any subsequent agreements for Paprika Restro and Cafe will also apply to intermediaries and other third parties deployed by Paprika Restro and Cafe. - Excellence
The restaurant guarantees that all products offered meet the concept’s standards.
If there are any complaints, management must be notified right away. The necessary steps will be performed as soon as possible. - Prices and offers
3.1 All Paprika Restro and Cafe offers are without obligation, and Paprika Restro and Cafe expressly reserves the right to change prices, particularly if this is required by statutory or other regulations.
3.1 Prices are shown in Indian Rupees.
3.3 Promotional prices may apply in some circumstances. These prices are only valid for a limited time while supplies last. There is no right to these prices before or after the specified period.
3.4 Paprika Restro and Cafe cannot be held liable for any blatantly inaccurate price indications, such as those caused by obvious typesetting or printing errors. There are no rights that can be obtained from erroneous price information.
Cancellations - 4.1 Paprika Restro and Cafe reserves the right to cancel or change an event’s date. If this occurs, Paprika Restro and Cafe will make every effort to find a suitable solution. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, Paprika Restro and Cafe will notify you as soon as possible. However, Paprika Restro and Cafe cannot guarantee that any change or cancellation of an event will be communicated to you in a timely manner, nor can it be held liable for refunds, compensation, or any resulting costs you may incur, such as travel, accommodation, and/or any other related goods or services.
4.2 Always double-check that you have reserved the correct (number of) people before confirming your food order/reservation. Refunds are not given for incorrectly ordered (numbers of) people. - Payment
5.1 All prices include GST.
We accept cash, UPI, credit card, and debit card as payment methods.
5.3 You will not receive confirmation of your final reservation until your payment is authorised. - Additional provisions
6.1 If any of the provisions in these Terms and Conditions or any other agreement with Paprika Restro and Cafe are in conflict with any applicable legal regulation, the provision in question will be repealed and replaced by a new comparable stipulation admissible by law as determined by Paprika Restro and Cafe.
